Haya A. Shanqiti earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Jordan, and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources (PHR®) enabling her to master the  technical and operational aspects of HR practices. In 2016 Haya became a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) practitioner and a Master NLP practitioner, which was a significant shift in her focus to becoming a Coach and an Enabler to help people find more choices in their lives. As a true believer and advocate of learning and expanding ones’ horizons, Haya worked in various industries including a Hobby Shop, Fast Food Franchise, a Hospital, Advertising Agency and an Investment Company, as well as being an HR Consultant to some entities before joining MedLabs in 2016 as HR and OD Director.

Through her position at MedLabs, Haya manages HR, OD, Administration and legal functions at MedLabs, overseeing the 400 employees operating in Jordan, Palestine and Iraq. Throughout her journey, Haya experienced first-hand the critical problems that poor or non-existent HR functions can cause and how that affects company performance and culture. This enabled her to build strong functional HR, communication and para legal experience.
