Mr. Samhouri holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) as well as ITIL, CPP and MCSE2003 qualifications. Mr. Samhouri started his experience in IT as a computer lab teacher in 2001 but soon moved to the Social Security Corporation and TVET fund as an IT officer, followed by a move to Capital Bank, Jordan as a systems administrator for 2 years before being promoted to infrastructure manager for Capital Group. Mr. Samhouri joined MedLabs as IT Manager in 2014 where he successfully implemented systems improvements for evolving technology at MedLabs.

In 2019 , Mr. Samhouri was promoted to IT Director and become a member of MedLabs’ Executive Committee. His responsibilities include overseeing the infrastructure of technical operations, managing a team of IT employees, tracking technology in order to achieve business goals, eliminating security risks, increasing user satisfaction, and maintaining operations and systems.
