MedLabs Laboratories renews the accreditation of the American College of Pathology for the sixth time

The College of American Pathologists (CAP) has renewed its accreditation of the laboratory consulting group – “MedLabs Laboratories” (MedLabs), for the sixth time in a row, in order to apply all international quality standards for medical laboratories set by it, which include standards of quality, public health and safety. This is after MedLabs laboratories passed the inspection of more than 2,000 standards by a team sent from the American College of Pathology.

Medlabs Laboratories, with its multiple laboratory specializations, is one of the first Jordanian companies in the laboratory sector to obtain this gold standard in accreditation of CAP laboratories in the Arab Levant within the private sector, which is considered the most stringent at the global level in the field of laboratory medicine.

The quality control staff at Medlabs laboratories continues to implement the quality control and safety programs implemented in all MedLabs branches to ensure the highest level of accuracy and care for all laboratory patients.

The Laboratory Consulting Group – “MedLabs Laboratories” has obtained the accreditation of the College of American Pathologists “CAP” for the first time in 2011, and it is still the only laboratories in the Kingdom that have both CAP, ISO 15189, ISO 9001 accreditation, and the Council of Health Institutions accreditation.
