Description
Blood sample collected from a pregnant woman in her 10th week (or more) of single pregnancy to prepare cell-free DNA (cfDNA) for testing. Detection of specific section of the SRY gene which is located on the Y chromosome in the human genomic DNA. The result shows the presence/absence of a Y chromosome depending on the fetus gender.
