Indications
Investigates suspected alternative complement-pathway deficiency/dysregulation, including atypical HUS, C3 glomerulopathy, and complement-inhibitor therapy monitoring.

Special Precautions
Serum must be separated promptly and frozen; avoid room-temperature delay, which can consume complement and falsely lower functional activity. Do not use plasma.
