Clotting or coagulation time is the time required for blood to coagulate at 37°C in vitro.
دواعي الإستعمال
Useful for the evaluation of whole blood clotting system but not precise. lt may be used to monitor the effect of heparin therapy. Prolonged in haemophilia and in the presence of obstructive jaundice, anaemias, leukaemias and certain infectious diseases.
