Measures antibodies against Müllerian hormone (Anti-Müllerian Hormone antibodies) to evaluate possible autoimmune reactions affecting ovarian function. The presence of these antibodies may be associated with premature ovarian failure, infertility, or impaired ovarian reserve.

A high AMH level means high egg quantity, but can occur with PCOS. Low levels of AMH is considered to be a sign of low ovarian reserves.
