مستضد الببتيدات المتنوعه لللانسجه , مصل

الوصف

TPA is currently identified as a degradation product of the cytoskeleton formed by the CKs 8, 18 and 19 typical of simple and non-squamous epithelia. TPA is expressed and detected in the cytoplasm of epithelial tumour cells.

دواعي الإستعمال

TPA highly correlates with the clinical stage of disease; levels correlate with tumour burden, proliferative activity and prognosis of cancer. TPA is an important component in the routine preoperative evaluation of lung cancer. It is a useful marker in invasive bladder cancer; it is a valuable parameter for follow-up evaluation and appears to be of prognostic value. In addition, it is suggested that TPA is more useful than the traditionally used tumour marker CEA.
