Indications
This test is useful in the diagnosis of infection by demonstrating the presence of Chlamydia inclusions in clinical specimens. However, because the criteria for positivity are so subjective, specificity is highly dependent on the competence of the person performing the microscopic investigation.

Pus from urethra, endocervix, or infected tissue. Room Temperature

Use special slides or circle area. Air dry.
