Influenza A (H1N1), By PCR

Influenza A (H1N1) virus is the subtype of influenza A virus that was the most common cause of human influenza (flu) in 2009. Pandemic Influenza was originally called (Swine Flu), but is now called (New Influenza A (H1N1)) by the national health institute. This virus was unique combination of influenza virus genes never previously identified in either animals or people. The virus genes were a combination of genes most closely related to North American swine-lineage H1N1 and Eurasian lineage swine-origin H1N1 influenza viruses.
