Description
Antigens on the surface of leukocytes are defined by their reactions with clusters of monoclonal antibodies. They are an important aide in differentiating and classifying leukaemias by immunophenotyping (flow cytometry).
Indications
Abnormal populations of leukocytes can be typed and classified depending on their cell surface markers.
