Mr. Al Sarrawi joined MedLabs Consultancy Group in 2024 as People & Culture Director, bringing over 16 years of experience across leading organizations and diverse sectors. He oversees all People & Culture functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
While also leading MedLabs’ overall corporate strategy through the Strategy Office.
Acting as a comprehensive business partner, he works closely with all departments to ensure strategic alignment, achievement of objectives, and the integration of people and culture into MedLabs’ long-term vision and growth.
