Chromosomal karyotyping of bone marrow is a cytogenetic test that analyzes the number and structure of chromosomes in dividing cells obtained from bone marrow aspirate. This test is essential for the diagnosis, classification, and monitoring of hematologic malignancies and bone marrow disorders, such as: Leukemias (e.g., AML, ALL, CML),Lymphomas,Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)
Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) Aplastic anemia or unexplained cytopenias

دواعي الإستعمال

Chromosomal analysis for haematological disorders of bone marrow is performed to identify specific chromosome rearrangements in neoplastic cells, which are often correlated to specific types of leukaemia or myelodysplasias.

2-3 ml Bone Marrow Aspirate, peripheral blood Room Temperature
