Aldolase, Serum

Aldolase is a glycolytic enzyme that has three distinct isoenzymes; aldolases A, B, and C that are synthesised in the muscles, liver, and brain respectively. Aldolase is involved in the metabolism of fructose to yield metabolites that are utilised in the Kreb’s cycle.

دواعي الإستعمال
