His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II inaugurated the rehabilitation and development project for the Comprehensive Ghor Al-Mazraa Health Center in Karak Governorate, aiming to improve the quality of healthcare services provided to citizens.
MedLabs Laboratories takes pride in its role as a key partner in this project. The company contributed by equipping the center’s laboratory with the latest medical devices and equipment, furnishing the center, and designing it comprehensively. Additionally, MedLabs provided specialized training for the laboratory’s technical staff under the “Himmatna” initiative. The management of MedLabs emphasized the importance of this support in strengthening healthcare in the Kingdom and highlighted the value of public-private partnerships.
This project is part of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Health and the Himmatna Association, aimed at rehabilitating 25 comprehensive health centers across various regions of the Kingdom. It aligns with the economic modernization vision and the Ministry of Health’s strategy to enhance healthcare services.
The project was established on an area of 1,916 square meters at a total cost of 2.25 million Jordanian Dinars, funded through financial and in-kind donations from citizens, the private sector, and civil society organizations.
This achievement serves as a pioneering model of partnership between the public and private sectors and civil society. It reflects joint efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare, alleviate pressure on hospitals, and promote the well-being of citizens while supporting sustainable development in the Kingdom.
