Detects IgG autoantibodies to contactin-1, a paranodal axonal protein involved in certain autoimmune nodopathies.
Indications
Supports evaluation of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy/nodopathy variants, particularly with severe sensory ataxia, tremor, or poor response to standard therapy.
