Indications
Glucose measurment in urine is used as a screeing test for diabetes and to assess glucosuria and renal tubule defects.

5 ml of 24 Hr Urine Collection Stability: 7 Days at 2-8 °C 7 Days at (-15)-(-25) °C
Special Precautions
Before urine collection, add 5 mL of glacial acetic acid as a presrvative. Keep urine refrigerated during collection.
